5 Ways to Eat Moose Tracks Ice Cream for Breakfast

- Ice Cream Parfait: Start with a scoop of your favorite Moose Tracks flavor (we recommend Cherry Moose Tracks) in a bowl. Sprinkle on a layer of chopped strawberries, blueberries and your granola of choice. Top with one more scoop of ice cream, some more fruit and enjoy this fruity take on Moose Tracks!
- Ice Cream Bread: Add a sweet twist to your morning toast. Mix one carton of melted Original Moose Tracks ice cream and 5 cups of self-rising flour and spread into two 9”x5” pans, lined with parchment paper and greased with nonstick spray. - Oatmeal Cookie Ice Cream Sandwiches: This recipe is delicious, filling and as easy as it sounds. Bake or buy a batch of oatmeal cookies and scoop 1/2 cup of your go-to Moose Tracks flavor on top of your cookie, lying face-up. Spread the ice cream evenly using a spoon or spatula and top with a second cookie, pressing down so the two sides stick together. To add some crunch, roll the middle of the sandwich in nuts and repeat this process to make as many sandwiches as you’d like.
- Melted Ice Cream Hot Chocolate: For those who crave a warm drink in the morning and aren’t a fan of coffee, this melted ice cream hot chocolate is for you. In a medium saucepan, whisk together 2 cups of whole milk and 1/3 cup of sugar at moderate heat, until sugar is dissolved. Add 2 cups of Original Moose Tracks and continue whisking until creamy and hot, stirring in 1/2 cup of cocoa powder to finish. From there, grab a mug and enjoy!
