Recipe: Easy Extreme! Moose Tracks Crepes

These Extreme! Moose Tracks Crepes are perfectly rich and light all in one. Plus, they’re so easy to make that you’ll be making them more than once a week (but we won’t judge)!

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 store bought crepes (or if you want to make homemade crepes, knock yourself out!)
  • 2 cups of Extreme! Moose Tracks Ice Cream (Chocolate Moose Tracks would work too!)
  • Pint package of raspberries
  • Dusting of powdered sugar
  • 1/3 cup of hot fudge topping

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Spoon ½ cup of Extreme! Moose Tracks into the center of a crepe. Wrap the sides of the crepe
    around the ice cream.
  2. Flip the crepe and put it seam side down on your serving dish.
  3. Repeat with the remaining crepes.
  4. Drizzle lightly with warmed hot fudge topping. Garnish with raspberries and powdered sugar.
  5. Serve immediately! Enjoy.
