Recipe: Brownie Moose Tracks Cereal Bars

INGREDIENTS
- 1 half-gallon carton of Brownie Moose Tracks Ice Cream
- 10-oz bag of marshmallows
- 4 tbsp butter
- 15-oz box of graham cereal (such as Golden Grahams)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Allow the carton of Moose Tracks to soften on the counter while you prepare the bars.
- Line a 9” square baking pan with parchment paper. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Put the graham cereal in a large storage bag and crush up. It doesn’t need to be a nice uniform crumb; just break it up slightly to allow for a smoother bar.
- In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat, then add marshmallows and stir until melted. Add the graham cereal and stir gently until fully combined.
- Pour half of the graham/marshmallow mixture into the pan and press down lightly. Use the parchment paper to slide it out of the pan and set aside.
- Now add parchment paper to the pan again, coating lightly with cooking spray. Pour the second half of the graham/marshmallow mixture into the pan and press down lightly.
- Now spread the softened Brownie Moose Tracks ice cream over the graham/marshmallow layer in the pan. Top with the other marshmallow/graham square.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours. When ready to serve, remove from oven and pop bars out from baking pan using the parchment paper for support.
