Recipe: Moose Bread

Looking to mix up a classic recipe? Give our Moose Tracks Monkey  Moose Bread a go. It is a fun spin on the classic dessert!



  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 cup Original Moose Tracks Ice Cream
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 3 7.5-oz tubes of biscuit dough (such as Pillsbury), cut into quarters


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 9×13 pan with cooking spray. Place quartered biscuits evenly in the pan.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt butter, Moose Tracks ice cream, and brown sugar. Bring to a gentle boil.
  3. Remove from heat and pour over biscuits in pan.
  4. Bake for 18 minutes until golden brown. Cool for 5-10 minutes. Flip over onto a serving tray when you’re ready to eat!
