RECIPE: MOOSE TRACKS CANNOLI

We ‘cannoli’ imagine how much you’re going to enjoy this delicious (and easy) Moose Tracks Ice Cream cannoli recipe!

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 6 Cannoli Shells
  • 48oz (half gallon) container of Original Moose Tracks Ice Cream
  • 1 lb of melting chocolate
  • Sprinkles or chopped peanuts for topping

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Remove your Moose Tracks from the freezer and allow to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes just until softened.
  2. Scoop some of the ice cream from the container and gently fill the cannoli carefully so it doesn’t break. Make sure you do both sides of the cannoli. Once the cannoli are stuffed, place on a baking sheet and into the freezer for 2 hours.
  3. Right before you remove the cannoli tray from the freezer, melt the chocolate. Then use a spoon or small spatula to cover the sides of the cannoli with chocolate. Quickly roll the chocolate in sprinkles or peanuts.
  4. Put back into the freezer until ready to serve. Enjoy!
