10K Scoops 2025 Tour Stop #5: Lancaster, Pennsylvania

The 10,000 Scoop Challenge is coming to Lancaster, Pennsylvania on Friday, August 1—And we’re bringing the sweet stuff with us! Join us from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Ewell Park for an afternoon packed with free ice cream and giving back to the community.

We’re teaming up with Turkey Hill to hand out 10,000 FREE scoops of Original Moose Tracks Ice Cream—all to benefit Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay. For each scoop served, Moose Tracks donates $1, and Turkey Hill will match it, doubling the impact to raise a total of $20,000 in support of clean water initiatives and local conservation efforts right in Lancaster.

Whether you’re a proud Lancastrian or just passing through this historic town full of charm, come grab a cone (or two!) and help make a difference—Because these scoops do more than just taste good, they do good.

What is the 10,000 Scoop Challenge?

The 10,000 Scoop Challenge is Moose Tracks’ traveling ice cream social with a charitable twist. Our goal? Hand out 10,000 scoops of FREE Turkey Hill Moose Tracks in just four hours—And raise $20,000 for Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay. It’s thrilling, fun and powered by ice cream lovers like you!

Why Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay? 

We’re proud to partner with Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay for our stop in Lancaster. Every dollar raised will go toward supporting local farmers and protecting Lancaster’s waterways and the greater Chesapeake Bay ecosystem. This partnership helps keep your streams clean and your community thriving.

• Central Market – As the country’s oldest continuously operating public farmers market, Central Market is a Lancaster landmark—and a must-visit. You’ll find everything from locally grown produce and Amish baked goods to hand-crafted gifts and global eats. • Lancaster City Art Galleries – Lancaster has quietly become a haven for artists and creatives, with dozens of galleries showcasing everything from contemporary installations to traditional folk art.
