Brownie Moose Tracks Cereal Bars

Instructions:

  1. Allow the carton of Moose Tracks to soften on the counter while you prepare the bars.

  2. Line a 9” square baking pan with parchment paper. Spray lightly with cooking spray.

  3. Put the graham cereal in a large storage bag and crush up. It doesn’t need to be a nice uniform crumb; just break it up slightly to allow for a smoother bar.

  4. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat, then add marshmallows and stir until melted. Add the graham cereal and stir gently until fully combined.

  5. Pour half of the graham/marshmallow mixture into the pan and press down lightly. Use the parchment paper to slide it out of the pan and set aside.

  6. Now add parchment paper to the pan again, coating lightly with cooking spray. Pour the second half of the graham/marshmallow mixture into the pan and press down lightly.

  7. Now spread the softened Brownie Moose Tracks ice cream over the graham/marshmallow layer in the pan. Top with the other marshmallow/graham square.

  8. Freeze for at least 2 hours. When ready to serve, remove from oven and pop bars out from baking pan using the parchment paper for support.

  • 1 half-gallon carton of Brownie Moose Tracks Ice Cream

  • 10-oz bag of marshmallows

  • 4 tbsp butter

  • 15-oz box of graham cereal (such as Golden Grahams)
