Dreamy Moose Tracks Ice Cream Cannoli

We ‘cannoli’ imagine how much you’re going to enjoy this delicious and easy Moose Tracks ice cream cannoli recipe!

We’re using store-bought cannoli shells and Original Moose Tracks for this recipe, but feel free to get creative and use any other flavor you’d like.

Instructions:

  1. Remove Moose Tracks ice cream from the freezer and allow to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes or just until softened.

  2. Scoop some of the ice cream from the container and gently fill each cannoli so it doesn’t break. Make sure you fill both sides!

  3. Once the cannolis are stuffed, place on a baking sheet and into the freezer for 2 hours.

  4. Right before you remove the cannoli tray from the freezer, melt the chocolate in a heat-safe dish.

  5. Use a spoon or small spatula to cover each end of the cannoli with the melted chocolate.

  6. Then, quickly roll each side in sprinkles or peanuts before the chocolate hardens.

  7. Put back into the freezer until ready to serve. Enjoy!

  • 6 store-bought or homemade cannoli shells

  • 48 oz. (half gallon) container of Original Moose Tracks ice cream

  • 1 lb of melting chocolate

  • Sprinkles or chopped peanuts for topping
