Extreme! Moose Tracks Ice Cream Sandwich Cake

Made with Signature SELECT® Extreme! Moose Tracks Ice Cream Sandwiches, this cake makes the perfect dessert dish for any party and can be kept fresh in your freezer to devour throughout the week.

You can find these delicious ice cream sandwiches and other quality Signature SELECT products exclusively at your local Albertsons Companies stores including Safeway, Albertsons, Vons, Jewel-Osco, ACME,  Shaw’s, Tom Thumb and more!

Instructions:

  1. Create your base layer by covering the bottom of a 13x9 baking dish with ice cream sandwiches.

  2. Spread the whipped topping over the sandwich layer, using a spatula to make it as even as possible.

  3. Drizzle a thin layer of your chosen liquid toppings.

  4. Cover the pan with a protective wrap or lid and store in the freezer overnight before serving.

  5. When ready to serve, remove from freezer and allow to soften for a few minutes. Cut and serve. Feel free to garnish with additional toppings, such as chopped toffee bits or chocolate chips!

  • 8oz container of Signature SELECT Frozen Whipped Topping, thawed until spreadable

  • Toppings of your choice, such as chocolate syrup, fudge, caramel sauce, or sprinkles
