Melted Moose Tracks Ice Cream Cake

Our Melted Moose Tracks Ice Cream Cake includes a special, secret ingredient.

Combine Original Moose Tracks ice cream (or any other Moose Tracks flavor) with cake mix and prepare to never bake a cake the traditional way ever again!

Instructions:

1. Scoop ice cream into a bowl and allow to melt completely. Disclaimer: It is very important that the ice cream fully melts! If it’s too cold, the cake will not bake properly.

2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

3. Grease a 13x9 cake pan or bundt cake pan.

4. With a mixer, beat together the melted ice cream, cake mix, and eggs. Beat for 2 minutes on medium speed.

5. Follow the cake mix box instructions for baking time. If a toothpick comes out clean after being placed in the center of the cake, the cake is done.

6. Once the cake has cooled, make the glaze. Combine milk and powdered sugar in a medium saucepan. With a whisk, stir on low heat until ingredients are well combined.

7. Pour the glaze over the entire cake or over each slice right before serving.
