Mint Moose Tracks Squares

These Mint Moose Tracks Squares put a fun twist on traditional brownies by combining Mint Moose Tracks ice cream, brownies and whipped topping.

This dessert is refreshing, delicious, and decadent, all at the same time!

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions, but instead of using an 8” x 8” pan, spread evenly in a 13” x 9” pan covered in parchment paper.

  2. Bake for approximately 28 minutes, until a toothpick comes out fairly clean (no wet batter). Allow to cool.

  3. Remove Mint Moose Tracks from the freezer to soften.

  4. Spread an even layer over the cooled brownie crust.

  5. Place the entire pan in the freezer to harden.

  6. Now, remove the frozen whipped topping from the freezer and allow to soften until spreadable.

  7. Remove the cake from the freezer and cover evenly with frozen whipped topping.

  8. Place back in the freezer until you’re ready to serve.

  9. When ready to serve, allow the cake to sit out at room temperature for a few minutes to soften. Garnish cake slices with mini chocolate chips or chocolate mint shavings, if desired.
