Gooey, Pull-Apart Monkey Bread Made with Ice Cream

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 9×13 pan with cooking spray. Place quartered biscuits evenly in the pan.

In a small saucepan, melt butter, Moose Tracks ice cream, and brown sugar. Bring to a gentle boil.

Remove from heat and pour over biscuits in pan.

Bake for 18 minutes until golden brown. Cool for 5-10 minutes. Flip over onto a serving tray when you’re ready to eat!

3 7.5 oz. tubes of Pillsbury biscuit dough, cut into quarters
