Decadent Moose Tracks Peanut Butter Pie: The Ultimate No-Bake Dessert

Our Decadent Moose Tracks Peanut Butter Pie is the ultimate no-bake dessert and crowd-pleaser!

Original Moose Tracks ice cream with extra peanut butter… What more could we ask for?

Instructions:

  1. Crush the graham crackers into a fine crumb. You can accomplish this by placing them in a gallon bag, sealing it and crushing them with a rolling pin or back of a wooden spoon. Alternatively, you can use a food processor!

  2. In a medium sized bowl, combine graham crumb and melted butter. Stir thoroughly to combine.

  3. Press the graham mixture into a pie plate firmly to make the pie crust. Allow to cool before moving on.

  4. Take the ice cream out of the freezer and allow it to soften slightly.

  5. Scoop out the ice cream and fill the pie. Use a spatula to spread it around smoothly.

  6. Cover and freeze until solid, at least one hour.

  7. When ready to serve, soften the peanut butter in the microwave for 1 minute, stirring every 30 seconds, until it’s fully melted.

  8. Pour some of the melted peanut butter sauce over the ice cream pie, then top with a generous handful of mini peanut butter cups. The peanut butter sauce will help the cups stick to the top!

  9. Finish with the rest of the melted peanut butter sauce on top.

  10. Enjoy!

  • 18 full graham crackers (about two sleeves)

  • ½ cup melted butter

  • Carton of Original Moose Tracks ice cream

  • ½ cup of peanut butter (“natural” peanut butter not recommended)

  • Handful of mini peanut butter cups
