Moose Tracks Strawberry Shortcake Sundaes

Instructions:

Prepare the refrigerated biscuits according to the package instructions or make your own recipe.

While the biscuits are baking, combine sliced strawberries and 1/3 cup sugar in a medium bowl. Let them macerate for at least 20 minutes (or prep the night before so they’re thick and syrupy).

Once your biscuits are done, let them cool for about 5 minutes.

To make your sundaes, start with a biscuit, then top with strawberry mixture and a generous scoop of Original Moose Tracks and whipped cream. Enjoy!
