  • What is your return policy?

    Returns are accepted within 14 days of the receipt of the item. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Your refund will be issued in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. Shipping costs are not refundable. Please email shop@moosetracks.com to receive return shipping instructions.

  • Do you ship to Canada?

    Unfortunately, we do not ship to Canada at this time. We love our Canadian fans and hope to be able to offer this in the future. Stay tuned!

  • Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

    Yes, we do! Shipping costs are the same flat rate as the continental U.S.

  • When can I expect to receive my order?

    Due to ongoing circumstances, delivery rates are longer than usual. You can expect to receive your package in 3-7 business days.

  • I saw a social media post with a Moose Tracks-branded item that’s not available in the store. How can I order that?

    Some of our merchandise we save for giveaways only. Make sure you’re a member of Moose Tracks Nation and you follow us on Instagram for monthly opportunities to win exclusive merchandise! If you really love something, make sure you comment on the social media post and let us know you’d like to see that item in our shop in the future. We love your feedback and want to carry items you love!

  • What happens if an item I want is out of stock?

    We’re experts in the ice cream business, but new to the merchandise business. We ask for your patience as we restock items! Check back regularly to see if the product you want is back in stock. Make sure to join our Merch Shop mailing list for regular updates!
