Caramel Brownie Moose Tracks Shortbread Cake

If you’re looking to impress the crowd this Thanksgiving, look no further! This dreamy dessert will have everyone, including yourself, reaching for seconds!

Instructions:

  1. Combine cookie crumbs and butter. Press 2 cups onto bottom of a greased 9-in. springform pan. Spoon half of the Caramel Brownie Moose Tracks ice cream into prepared pan. Freeze for 20 minutes.

  2. Repeat layers once with remaining cookie crumbs and Moose Tracks.

  3. Next, create a layer of whipped topping.

  4. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts and toffee bits. Freeze, covered, overnight or until firm.

  5. Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving. Drizzle lightly with caramel syrup.

  • 4 cups crushed shortbread cookies (about 33 cookies)

  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

  • 6 cups of Caramel Brownie Moose Tracks Ice Cream, thawed

  • 1 8-oz carton of frozen whipped topping, thawed

  • 3/4 cup chopped peanuts

  • 3/4 cup milk chocolate English toffee bits (such as Heath bars)

  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce
