Blondies are just like brownies without cocoa powder, but if blondies aren’t your jam, you can also tweak this recipe and make Moose Tracks Salted Caramel Brownies by replacing the brown sugar with white sugar and adding a cup of cocoa powder in the first step.
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly coat a 9x9” baking pan with cooking spray. Mix the flour, brown sugar and salt in a large bowl.

Add the melted Caramel Brownie Moose Tracks ice cream and stir until well combined.

Pour into the prepared 9x9 inch baking pan.

Bake for 35 minutes. Keep an eye on the pan towards the end, as you want to make sure the edges don’t burn. Once cooked, let cool completely.

To serve, drizzle with caramel sauce, and top with flaky salt and any other toppings of your choosing. Enjoy!
