This Extreme! Moose Tracks Chocolate Mug Cake is a single-serve dessert that’s as simple as it gets!

We used Extreme! Moose Tracks for this mug cake recipe, but you can use any Moose Tracks flavor you like.

Instructions:

  1. Scoop your ice cream into a medium-sized bowl and allow it to melt.

  2. Add flour. Stir to combine thoroughly.

  3. Pour into a microwave-safe mug, and microwave for 3 minutes. The cake is done when a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean!

  4. Enjoy as-is or top with your garnish of choice!

  • 1/3 cup self-rising flour

  • 1 cup Extreme! Moose Tracks ice cream, melted (or any other Moose Tracks flavor)
