Our Chocolate-Covered Strawberry Extreme! Moose Tracks Yogurt Bark takes everything you adore—creamy ice cream, rich fudge ribbons, crunchy peanut butter cups, and juicy strawberries—and transforms it into a shareable, break-apart dessert that feels both indulgent and fun.

Instructions:

  1. Scoop out 2 cups of Extreme! Moose Tracks into a bowl and let it soften.

  2. Line an 8’ x 11’ baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.

  3. Spread a thin layer of Greek yogurt onto the paper and let it freeze for at least 30 minutes.

  4. In the meantime, scoop out 2 cups of Extreme! Moose Tracks into a bowl and let it soften.

  5. Remove baking sheet from the freezer. Spread the softened Extreme! Moose Tracks on top of the yogurt and put it back in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.

  6. Using the microwave, melt bittersweet or semisweet chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl with 1 tsp of coconut oil in 30-second intervals until melted and smooth, stirring in between.

  7. Remove baking sheet from the freezer. Quickly spread melted chocolate over the ice cream layer. Immediately top with sliced strawberries.

  8. Repeat the chocolate melting process with ½ cup of white chocolate chips.

  9. Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the bark.

  10. Let it set in the freezer for at least 3 hours before breaking into shards. Enjoy!

  • 1 cup bittersweet or semisweet chocolate chips, melted

  • ½ cup white chocolate chips, melted

  • 1 cup sliced strawberries

  • 2 tsp coconut oil
