Instructions:
-
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a 9x9-inch pan with parchment paper.
-
Crush 24 of the chocolate sandwich cookies into crumbs. You can do this by putting the cookies in a gallon-sized plastic bag and smashing them up with the back of a wooden spoon. Alternatively, throw them in your food processor! Next, mix the cookie crumbs with melted butter in a small bowl until all the crumbs are coated with butter.
-
Press cookie crumb mixture evenly into the bottom of the pan to make a crust. Bake for 15 minutes. In the meantime, take your Extreme! Moose Tracks out of the freezer and allow it to soften. Once the crust is done, let it cool completely.
-
Spread 3 cups of softened Extreme! Moose Tracks ice cream over the crust to form a thick layer. Cover and freeze until firm.
-
Next, spread a layer of strawberry ice cream over the Extreme! Moose Tracks layer. Top with a layer of thawed whipped topping. Freeze until firm.
-
Crush up the remaining 12 cookies. Combine these crumbs with a handful of freeze-dried strawberries. Sprinkle over the top, cover and freeze.
-
To serve, remove from the freezer and let stand at room temp for 10 minutes. Slice and enjoy!
