Melted Moose Tracks Bundt Cake: A Decadent, Gooey Dessert

This Melted Moose Tracks Bundt Cake only requires a few ingredients and ends up being a beautiful dessert!

For this recipe, we’re using white cake mix and Original Moose Tracks ice cream. If you prefer a chocolatey Bundt cake, substitute chocolate cake mix and Chocolate, Extreme! or Extreme! Maximum Fudge Moose Tracks instead.

Instructions:

  1. First, melt the ice cream completely.

  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray Bundt pan with cooking spray.

  3. Combine cake mix with eggs and melted ice cream. Stir until fully combined.

  4. Pour batter into Bundt pan.

  5. Bake for about 30 minutes, until cake springs back to the touch and toothpick comes out clean.

  6. Remove from oven and cool completely.

  7. Right before serving, make the icing! Whisk together powdered sugar with milk until the consistency is smooth and to your liking.

  8. Flip the cake onto a serving platter.

  9. Drizzle the icing over the cake.

  10. Enjoy!

  • 2 cups of Original Moose Tracks ice cream, melted

  • 1 box of white cake mix

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 cup of powdered sugar

  • 2 tbsp milk
