Melted Moose Tracks Ice Cream Waffle

Our Melted Moose Tracks Ice Cream Waffle recipe is easy to make and a delicious treat for any time of day. Who says you can’t have breakfast for dessert or dessert for breakfast?! 😉

We topped our waffles with an extra scoop of Original Moose Tracks ice cream, but maple syrup or whipped cream would also be delicious.

This recipe requires a waffle iron to make the waffles.

Instructions:

  1. Melt the ice cream completely.

  2. Combine the flour and melted ice cream, and stir until well-combined.

  3. Heat up a waffle iron, and scoop half of the batter into the waffle iron to make one waffle. Wait until the batter is fully cooked before removing.

  4. Repeat the same process to make the other waffle.

  5. Top with your garnish of choice and serve immediately!

  • 2 cups of Original Moose Tracks ice cream, melted

  • 1 and 1/3 cups of self-rising flour

  • Optional toppings like maple syrup, whipped cream or extra ice cream scoops
