Moose Tracks Nutty Cake

12 Servings

If you love chocolate, peanut butter, and ice cream, this recipe is for you! Combine the popular nutty bar treat with Original Moose Tracks for an eye-popping and delicious dessert.

Instructions:

  1. Line a bread pan with plastic wrap or parchment paper. Then add a layer of nutty bars to the bottom of the pan, creating an even layer. You may need to cut the bars up to make this work.

  2. Take your softened Moose Tracks and create a nice thick layer of ice cream over the nutty bars in the bread pan.

  3. In a microwave-safe glass measuring cup, mix together 1/4 C hot fudge and peanut butter and microwave in 20-second increments, stirring in between, until smooth and combined.

  4. Spread the fudge and peanut butter mixture over top of the Original Moose Tracks ice cream.

  5. Create another nutty bar layer over top of the fudge mixture. Again, you may need to cut the bars up a bit to make a layout that’s functional for your bread pan.

  6. Cover the pan with plastic wrap and place in the freezer until firm, at least 2 hours, or until you’re ready to serve.

  7. When you’re ready to serve, remove from freezer and lift out of pan with the plastic wrap.

  8. Cut into slice and serve! We drizzled the cake with peanuts and peanut butter sauce. Enjoy!
