Moose Tracks Single-Serve Crème Brûlée

1 Servings

Crème brûlée can feel fancy and intimidating, but we promise, anyone can make this Moose Tracks Single-Serve Crème Brûlée recipe.

We took the classic dessert and made it our own by adding Original Moose Tracks ice cream to the filling. Plus, it’s the perfect size for one.

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 325˚F.

  2. Scoop the ice cream in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave the ice cream until mostly melted. Stir and let the ice cream sit for a minute or so.

  3. Combine egg yolk and melted ice cream in a medium bowl and whisk.

  4. Pour the mixture into an heat/oven-safe ramekin.

  5. Place the ramekin in a 9x9 baking dish or roasting pan. Pour hot water into the dish/pan so it surrounds the ramekin. Pour enough water so that it comes halfway up the sides of the ramekin.

  6. Bake for 40-50 minutes. The crème brûlée should still be a little jiggly in the middle. Remove the ramekin from the baking dish and allow to cool to room temperature.

  7. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

  8. When ready to serve, remove the ramekin from the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

  9. Now, you need to make the famous, crunchy, crème brûlée sugar topping! Sprinkle ½ tbsp of sugar on top of the crème brûlée. Using a torch, melt the sugar for a golden, crispy topping.

  10. Let cool for a minute before serving. Enjoy!
