Homemade Moose Tracks Ice Cream Bars

8 Servings

Homemade Moose Tracks Ice Cream Bars that require no cooking and minimal prep… Count us in!

Instructions:

  1. Remove Moose Tracks from the freezer to soften until spreadable.

  2. Arrange eight paper cups on a baking sheet.

  3. Do your best to pack each cup with Original Moose Tracks ice cream, making sure to push ice cream to the sides so it doesn’t turn out lumpy.

  4. Insert a popsicle stick into the center of each cup.

  5. Freeze until completely hard.

  6. Now make the chocolate coating. Combine chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between, until smooth and well combined.

  7. Transfer the chocolate coating to a large enough bowl to accommodate your Moose Tracks bars.

  8. Remove Moose Tracks bars from the freezer and pop out of the paper cup molds. You may need to use kitchen scissors to cut the cup to help the bar slide out.

  9. Carefully dip each bar into the chocolate coating mixture, making sure to shake off any excess.

  10. Once hardened, place each bar onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  11. Cover the bars with plastic wrap and freeze until hard.

  12. Keep frozen until you’re ready to serve. Enjoy!
