Moose Tracks Cake Mix Cookie Sandwiches

Did you know that a box of cake mix can be used to make these fluffy, delicious Moose Tracks Cake Mix Cookie Sandwiches?

Simply bake the cake cookies using your favorite cake mix and sandwich your favorite Moose Tracks ice cream flavor in-between. We’re using Original Moose Tracks for this recipe.

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs and oil. Mix until well combined.

  3. Scoop cake mix cookie dough onto the baking sheet, being sure to leave enough room for the cookies to spread a bit. Try to keep the scoops as even as possible so they make even sandwich cookies!

  4. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool completely.

  5. When you’re ready to serve, simply add a generous scoop of Moose Tracks between two cake mix cookies and enjoy!

  • ½ c vegetable oil

  • Carton of Original Moose Tracks ice cream
