Moose Tracks Confectionary Fudge Bites

We know, we know – you all want the recipe for Moose Tracks fudge sauce by itself. Well, we can’t give you that, but we can give you the next best thing – fudge bites that you can savor! 

Instructions:

  1. Scoop two cups of Moose Tracks in a microwave-safe mixing bowl and allow to soften slightly.

  2. Line an 8x8 pan with aluminum foil. Spray the foil lightly with nonstick cooking spray.

  3. Now we are going to melt the chocolate. Chop up the semi-sweet chocolate, and place in a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second increments, stirring each time, until smooth.

  4. Once the chocolate has cooled slightly, mix into the bowl of softened Moose Tracks ice cream. Stir to the best of your ability – you will have a lumpy mess!

  5. Place the mixture in the microwave for 30 seconds and then stir well. Continue in 30 second intervals until you have a smooth mixture. It’s totally ok if there are still some firm peanut butter cups… that will make for a delicious surprise later!

  6. Pour the batter into the 8x8 pan and spread it out to make it as even as possible.

  7. Top with a nice sprinkle of flaky salt. A light saltiness is part of what makes Moose Tracks Fudge so unique, so this step really takes this treat up a notch!

  8. Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to harden.

  9. When you’re ready to enjoy, remove from the fridge, and use the aluminum foil to pop the fudge out. Cut and serve!

  • 24 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped

  • 2 cups of Original Moose Tracks Ice Cream

  • Flaky salt for topping
