Need a fun DIY party dessert? Try a dessert snack board! We paired different cookies with flavors of Moose Tracks ice cream for an ice cream sandwich board. Your guests can create their own unique combinations of cookies, ice cream, and toppings! 

Instructions:

  1. Before your party, arrange your cookies and garnishes onto a serving platter. Get creative! Think of all the wild ice cream sandwich combinations – the possibilities are endless!

  2. When it’s time to serve, remove the Moose Tracks ice cream from the freezer, grab some ice cream scoops, and create an ice cream sandwich-making station!

  • A few flavors of Moose Tracks – we recommend 2-4 so that your guests have plenty of choices!

  • A selection of cookies, such as: Graham Crackers, Stroopwafels, Chocolate chip Cookies

  • A few sandwich garnishes, like sprinkles and peanuts
